Democrats, and the Obama Administration have a tendency to blame America for things whenever they go overseas. In a recent trip to India Hillary Clinton continued this trend by saying that America makes mistakes, one of which is being a significant contributor to the problem of global warming. Sadly the days of believing in American exceptionalism, and leading the world have left this nation under the Obama Administration.
